New York Pals ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website newyorkpals.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Analytics data. When you visit newyorkpals.com, our server records the page you visited, the approximate time of your visit, your browser type and operating system, your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), and the website that referred you here. We do not store your full IP address — it is anonymized before being saved and cannot be used to identify you individually.

Email address. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is submitted to Beehiiv, our email platform, and may also be logged locally as a backup. We use your email address solely to send you the New York Pals newsletter and event updates.

UGC submissions. If you use the Submit page to share photos, videos, or Reels, we collect your Instagram handle, your name, the content type, the file you upload, and any caption or notes you include. We record your explicit consent to our publication terms at the time of submission.

We do not collect payment information, precise location data, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal information.
